invest2win - you are correct that PHGI has no income currently - but do you believe the mine has no value?

in your opinion is there not adequate information and disclosure about the mine?

and if you believe PHGI is a dilution machine, which are you entitled to, why do you figure the company has lowered the authorized from 30B to 425M? why do you figure insiders bought shares last month - just to resell them into the market - cheaper - and take a principal and commission loss?

if i'm going to dilute, i need more available shares, not less. i'm not sure how i have any longstanding dilution strategy if i keep tightening the noose around my own neck.

Would you expect shells to have income? No. That is why they are a shell.

The key is when the shell is filled, will it be filled with a company that will produce revenue/profits. We do not yet know the answer to that yet, but who in their right mind expects an empty shell to have revenue?
