PQL, what was the orignal Outstanding Share count when PHGI started last year. (50 million).. It is a dilution Machine get used to it, now they have 2 shells with no revenue or income. How do we know that PHGI assets include the mine, there is no proof of it with no financials. And I don't believe in word is bond by any CEO. I need to see a balance sheet before I believe anything this company says here on. You are a promoter, you can't see the negative side of this stock that is why they pay you to say positive things. It is in your best interest to say positive things because you own the stock, restricted or not it doesn't matter to you, it only matters if you can sell your stock to get paid.
In my opinion PHGI is a empty shell with no assets. There is no proof that these assets are actually in PHGI itself, Why are they scared to show the balance sheet. I do know that these assets do exist through pictures and what not, but its hard to say that these assets are held in PHGI.
I didn't type this to start an argument. I typed this to make people think about the current situation as a shareholder.
