KeV the shares held by the Sprauges weren't 'GIVEN'. They were received in exchange for the company's founding ideas and patents.
Nobody founds a new company without taking a portion of the shares in exchange for their work in providing the startup of the company. Many, if not most, hold 51% or at least a controlling interest in the company for themselves.
If you did your DD as you should have before you bought into Wave you should have known what you were getting into, a risky investment run by a tight knit family so please stop wasting everyone's time with your nonsense.
