I don't recall stating that I forgot my password.

I'm saying that if ones' account isn't retrievable, it follows that ones' password is likewise non-retrievable.

I believe that that's the case w/Waves' back office set-up.

If so, it sucks...and won't be attractive to JQ Public...

...and won't look too good on our bottom line.
