I was just teasing. And yes I did quite a bit of research on AJW, New Millenium, et al on the PACER system after the last 8-k. AJW/New Millenium have been sued 4 times in EXACTLY the same circumstances. Won 2, lost 2. Seems they all hinged on technicalities in verbiage relating to original CD contracts.
