No it really isn't better than nothing to be truthful. The reason being people are now so jaded and skeptical of these penny stocks that pump and lie about revs, contracts, etc, that when they put out Pr's talking about BILLIONS (same as CSHD and we all know what happened there) or these contacts with all of these foreign companies that are next to impossible to verify, no one really believes them and just take it for a short term pump and dump.
They really would have been much better off to not report any of these latest Pr's IF they wanted to truly help their stock and shareholders. The Billions PR today and the Pr's with these non-verifiable foreign companies really hurt imo as far as the investing public goes. Now, if they wanted to sell shares into those Pr's? Then it worked. I will say it is funny to me how the stock seems to go up whenever the company is silent for a while, and when the Pr's start to flow, the stock invariably falls every time.
And just so people are aware, just because the OS remains the same, that doesn't mean that the float is not changing, which I believe is the case here.
