It could have been better written.

And maybe more accurate.

Two major mistakes:

1) The agreement is with Volkswagen of Mexico;

2) It is most likely not for complete FOLO systems as the 2008 mandate is basic GPS tracking for cars. Consumers will have the options to upgrade, of course.

It could be a foot in the door.

One further note: the company believes it has sufficient revenue so no share dilution is necessary.
