It was meant to point out that posters should be really careful about who they feel is a reputable source of information. I personally believe that bad eggs are bad eggs.
If you look at Mr. Rivera's past as well, you'll see he was in trouble after he pretended he had a viable business and tried to get money from Torco sixteen years ago. He then pretended he had a viable business with GWESys a few years later and, just two years ago, he got money from Noront by pretending to give them a stake of revenues in a company which needed bridge financing.
