If by "max'd out" you mean toggling both items (whose names escape me at the moment) on, then yes.
Not many errors were reported. Some ASP code errors (which I've fixed) then the single 500 error, and nothing else got logged.
That link you sent me looks good. I'm going to go through all of that the next time it crashes and before I reboot the machine. It's been my experience that restarting IIS isn't enough to bring the site back to life, so we're already partway through the testing. And we also know that when it fails, everything but ASP keeps working.
