also i have a question
last time i remember u mentioned that the insiders like French et al. are only holding very small portion of the shares outstanding
when did you get that number? -- i mean like that number was from their last report or up-to-date
i'm not sure but think i heard somewhere that : there are forms for insider selling ( which have to be filed w/ SEC like form 4? ) but there are no forms for insider buying..--- is this true?
if so, how are we supposed to know what's French those ppl.'s real position?
also another quetion:
i know he said the company is valued at half of its revenue
but the problem is: if he DOES intend to pump the price (like iBIZ etc. right now), then he will eventually "force" the "value" of the company to be over that...so the "real value" the company will be out of question anyway ('cause the price will be pumped up anyway --- if Nasdaq minumum $4--$5 is his intention, plus considering a 100(or 600):1 R/S, the minimum price BEFORE R/S has to come up with some number like 0.04--0.05 or any other (depends on the splitting ratio)--- My point here is the Market Cap doesn't have to mechanically "confirm" with the company's real value, like most of the other companies ; u know what i'm sayin'?
