TheRoadHome...

Here's the first answer to your questions....

Officers of Thinkpath share holdings as at September 10th...

Declan A. French 13,338,229

Kelly Hankinson 180,167

John Dunne 41,424

Lloyd MacLean - -

Arthur S. Marcus 30,500

Don't you think that that if this was such a great buy...the officers would be loading up?

THE CFO only has 180,167 shares.....does that not say something?

"if Nasdaq minumum $4--$5 is his intention, plus considering a 100(or 600):1 R/S, the minimum price BEFORE R/S has to come up with some number like 0.04--0.05 or any other (depends on the splitting ratio)--- u know what i'm sayin'?"

He doesn't know. He's PAID to ignore things like that.

And to answer the second part....
The market is also telling us the worth of Thinkpath. (the market cap is somewhere around $6.3 million....IMO, no coincidence that that is right around what the CEO values his company at) Sure....we may get some spikes along the way from pumps or hype...but it is my opinion that it will always eventually drift right back down to where it should be valued at.

As for the reverse split for the Nasdaq small cap requirements....only $4 is needed. So...using today's close, that would require a reverse split of 2000 for 1.
