Am not a techie (understatement of the year) thus I wouldn't begin to speculate about the similarities between the probs here and on A/t.

If and when you decide to take that step, Fred (dump Ameritrade), please let us know who you switch to. I've been thinking about the same thing but inertia has me locked in place.

There are so many ways a broker can fail you I'm suffering from analysis paralysis. The volume and speed of my trading has increased, so I need real time information. Price is important and I want hard-copy confirmations. And I damn well want a broker that is willing to communicate with me. I don't ask many questions and I ain't agonna tolerate no friggin "answer board" when I do have one.
