The problem up to now is that there hasn't been a PR (imo). There is no info getting out to the investment community but the fact that no current investors have decided to increase their holdings with the filing should tell the management that the current stock holders aren't necessarily thrilled with this proposal. So hopefully they use common sence and issue something that has clear intent and where this is going.
