Bob, Have you gone back and revisited the upgrade to the new servers to see what you may have changed or was changed in that process. It would seem to me (I'm no techie) that if you were merely installing new hardware without any software changes then it should have been a transparent conversion. (Don't we wish.)

Take a break, crack a beer and put some tunes. Then take another shot at it.
