HUTCHINSON, Kan. -- The board of directors and HEE Corporation's (Pink Sheets:HCCF) president, Mr. Sandy Winick, are pleased to announce today that a Board of Advisory has been put in place for HCCF. Herbert L. Becker is appointed as its first member and will be chairman of this advisory board. Mr. Becker will be mandated to seek the help of other reputed executives that will have the mandate to advise the company on its road to profitability. When asked, Mr. Becker said, "My main focus will be to bring more transparency, expand the networking capabilities of the board of directors and find a way to add value to the company's economic propositions." Mr. Becker has already started to contact executives of other public companies that are part of his network of relations. He has envisioned possible strategic partners and investors to sell HEE Corporation's products and knowledge and to accelerate the transition of the company in the HMO and Care Facilities business.
Herbert L. Becker was born in Florida and spent several years in the video industry. Herbert has written several books on a variety of subjects, one becoming an international best seller, which has also been produced into an award winning series of television specials. He has also written numerous articles. He is married and is the father of six, currently residing in Hollywood, CA. For the last 15 years Herbert provided high-end consulting services for many corporations from the medical field to high tech ventures. Prior to HEE Corporation, Herbert's last mandate was with a retail outlet chain in the southwest for which he was featured in the Wall Street Journal a few weeks ago.
