Well, according to Manny's own post, some shareholders did get together and have Sandy ousted. Not sure who asked for Mr.Becker to be appointed to the board. I started following Manny's posts when he started attacking me and accusing me of helping take people's money.
Don't know what to think right now. But this post of Manny's seems to say exactly what Sandy sent you. Seems some shareholders banded together to oust Sandy.

When HCCF was in trouble, much like we are now (divi scheme, buy back scheme, fluff and untruthful PR) the shareholders banded together, totaled their holdings and went to sandy with a petition.

From that he agreed to an advisory board.

The chairman of the advisory board ended up replacing sandy as the corporate chairman and ceo.

that was a process that worked.
