I also think there is a market sentiment of "we'll believe it when we see it", simply because of past disappointments. So the market wants hard evidence of a successful roll-out, with more to come.
Understandable but, by the time they get the hard evidence, they'll be scrambling to catch up.
In the meantime, we have MMs playing games.
