As Kaplan says the complete title is Goldilocks and the 3 bears. You are right in wondering how much longer this pace of do more with less can continue. Most of the people I know are working late or going back in on the weekend. And of course, even secretaries are managers now so that they don't have to pay overtime. But I guess it is good that we are working longer, with our shrinking take home pay, we have less time to shop.
