In my previous comment about the dollar and oil; Graham, Being third in line of major currencies is like the knicks thinking that they can beat the Bulls in basketball. If your not #1 it doesn't matter your currency is no longer of the same value as it was when it was #1. Don't be supprised to see a major slide in the US$ in the near future. The $ is hanging on by it's fingernails and so is everything that goes along with it.
As for oil...the future holds $50/bbl oil regardless of OPEC and that alone will kill the dollar.
