I understand, but how many times can an individual bring a company public and then dillute them down the toilet? He has done this twice and although it may be legal it shows a huge flaw in our system. I admit that it was my bad for jumping on the Russ Urban band wagon without verifying Herbert's history and my anger is directed at Urban and speculatingstocks.com for misleading investors. But the fact that someone like Herbert can continuously do this to companies over and over again shows something is amiss in our system.
