Considering Mr. Khoury's roots. Considering the fact the company has made it obvious they are more suited for nonUS, third level, last resort, crumbs, type opportunities. It wouldn't surprise me a bit, if the company still exists in the future, it will be as removed from the United States as possible. I think very soon they will realize the benefits of being as far as possible from the SEC, and other American enforcement agencies.
Of course that will leave shareholders even more in the dark. After all, it would be a little more difficult for Trucker Mary and others to stop in and check things out, but they would probably like that too. Another benefit of course would be not having to face as many shareholders at the annual meeting(or is it annual any more). It would be much more difficult for angry shareholders to get to say Sydney than Pembroke.
So there's a distinct possibility the company may be short lived for this country all together. Off course there's also the distinct possibility they are just short lived all together.
