Is this new lawsuit against GTEM based on the agreement that GTEM was to pay Ulrich Altvater $40,000. a month for consulting services, and didn't?

Didn't GTEM say they filed suit against Trimax? Where is their filing? Odd huh? They say something and then no evidence shows up that they have done what they claim? Sounds oddly familiar.
