ajman, substantively we agree, but I'd say your interpretation of the 10Q is a little more optimistic than mine is. Like I said, I don't think it was a horrendous quarter for Paivis, but it clearly was not a good one IMO.

Yet they announce a LOI to buy DPC ( for cash they dont have!!! And stock), which has products with very low profit margins!!

A bit contradictory, imo.
