I bet the margins on phone cards are pretty darn slim. If this guy is desperate to sell, he might take it - especially since those shares would be be worth much more than they are now. He might get $8-12 million.

I'd could kick back in style on $8-12 million. I'd have a fish pond and a waterfall in my back yard, and I would be happy.
