jsc, no I'm not suggesting Nelly initiate a legal campaign, and no I will not be a part of such. Neld is yelling out at the message board, he wants communication, we all do, posting to ourselves isnt the same as talking to the company. If we're looking for change from the company, their the ones we have to "communicate" it too.
Dont rely on the company to waste their time reading shareholder sentiment on these message boards, they have a plate full to deal with as it is.
I'll say it loud and clear, I'll not be a part of any legal campaign against the company I own stock in.
As for Neld.....if he chooses to continue with his witch hunt....so be it. While I was in my disgruntled state of mind...Neld suggested CB preferreds were obtained illegally,
as per Delaware corporate law, their not. I linked the info and sent it to him, much like other linked info clearing up "other" things mentioned.
If you want to piss money into the wind with legal action....have at it, after all JSC, you've been down that road before....since your seasoned at it, perhaps you'll get the ball rolling.
