Ollie, I think it was more like I questioned whether there might be impropriety in the preferred shares, themselves. Not that I did not look at specific questions regarding many matters of the company. It also gets very confusing in the areas of what is correct in the different settings of BDC versus corp. In fact, there are still lots of questions I'd like to see answered, but hey......I think I can remember a few that you mentioned along the way in our bantering, too..........LOL.
Personally, life is too short, and I have much I wish to accomplish. I can say that looking into the filings of the company was a very educational experience in itself. I learned alot of things. Some things turned out differently than I had expected when reviewing material I looked up, plus material that you sent over.
It will be interesting to see what the future brings. BTW, you know, there are some things in life that are just plain wrong, but are not illegal.
