how....not to mention the presumably new share structure which must be part of the closing...if it were favorable as well it would have atleast been hinted at, as is dans style, if not authenticated...no one here wants to address these missing important parts because deep down everyone here is to used to being disappointed and in a way, imo, no news is good news at this point....
