DIO - yeah I looked at it, checked the filings, and ran away as fast as I could. I am surprised it is moving. I highly doubt they will dare to pick that one, after their pick ENCU reverse-split on them recently. Leaves not many to choose from, depending on NNCOs ability to lose the "E" quickly.
