Shane,

Actually it is: US Bankruptcy Court; Central District of California, Case: 2-04-bk-24171

Go to the site. Sign up for Pacer and your in. The current status report is Docket Report 116

This status report is an excellent document detailing OBBCQ's current status and efforts.

IMHO - Look for OB to make a move on or before the 22rd. I think this thing is far from over; the bk may end soon but the SEC is a process. They've got to be able to trade to get the money they need to finish the process with the accountants and SEC for compliance.

If they get everything filed they will have a clean shell and a 45 million dollar tax loss carry forward; significant assets both.

You are right Shane; it is high stakes now. Don't kid yourself about what SEC and The BK court in LA are, and what this is costing. One bad day and it is over; one good day and we all start making money.

Shane, you are fairly new to Orbit Brands so I am thrilled that you took the time to look and find the update; a great big Congratulations to you! Great job, Shane. It's too bad that we can't copy the court documents, but it's all out there for those who are interested as mentioned on this board in the past.

I love the way Orbit Brands answered the order and how to protect the shareholders and all within the ten day period allowed. Also, it's interesting that Orbit was the only party to formally answer the petition, and they did such a wonderful job too.

Let's hope and pray that the SEC rights the wrong quickly.
