Well, then. Not to ask you to turn murky water into clear, but after looking at your two points, where the heck does that lead?

Another question too since you are open to answering: when people say a company wants to associate with a listed company to "get access to the American capital market", what does that mean?

Why could a growing, profitable company in China not get financing from an American entity on their own? Why would they have to be associated with a listed company?

How about a number three?

3. Hrct is still the listed company and ZD the controlling shareholder..After the three year period, Hrct spins off ZD to it's own listing..Hrct having been able to finance it's further acquisition with all the assets provided by ZD and the acquisitions Hrct is getting..Or there is a reverse merge and Hrct is spun off...

Either way there seems to be a lot of possibilities ..Might as well wait for the proxy..Jmho

What about the third thing (and most important thing). . . Where material information would have to be provided to the market? There isn't anything going on with HRCT right now other than they are trying to raise capital. They don't have any capital.

Will people please figure it out. We have a Chinese company trying to do technical training in which they cannot prove they can create positive earnings and about 1/2 dozen investors that still hang in there and push, push, push. It simply won't happen without the right connections. They HAD the right connections at one time when they were pursuing Sinobull. Now, they have NO connections. It's dead until Mr. Hu can figure that out. He had better figure out how to get connected to the American "buyer" and "sellers" side of the market. Hint, hint.
