LOL, wouldn't expect any insider buying. They already have plenty of shares (CEO and CFO). Would shock me if one of them did purchase shares on open market with them being so thinly traded... But as I said, without PRs there should be a couple chances to pick up more shares before the 10K release and hopefully without having to reach/chase too much IMO (unless a big player finds this one and takes a big position).
I'm a little curious if any of the Chinese investors from quite a ways back (2001?) follow this or own shares any more.
