I've viewed their website, and it seems quite vague when it comes to stating anything material.

the 60 million shares outstanding, seems to be inaccurate.

where did you get that information?

if you look at the sedar site, it seems to indicate somewhere between 5 million and 16 million in 2002-2003, when they withdrew their filings.

perhaps,am I mistaken?
