The site has not been updated for about 3 years so I am sure there have been some changes. Shares outstanding is now at about 60M. Still a very low number that with some news and financial will sure to go up!

However if they do a R/S with this small of a float then it is lights out as no one will want a company that its only news is of another R/S. The last time there was any news was back in April of 2005 for a 1:10 R/S. Price crashed then and has yet to recover. Also this would be there 2nd R/S so SRGE would be listed on the reverse split repeat offender board (RS/RO):

This is somthing that we do not want to happen. Once on this list its lights out for good :(
