i dont post here, just read the board but(and its a great board)...
does anyone think that this subprime meltdown will affect the prime markets very soon? i sure do.. i think the whole housing..(lending and real estate, both commerical and residential) are headed for a monster meltdown. and the only thing holding the economy up was the housing sector... fall, winter, and next spring are going to be very interesting....
you might want to even start looking at those credit cards your in your wallets.. there a many more problems on the horizon in my opinion
