You obviously don't know the disparity between the enormous cost of prosecuting a class action lawsuit, especially one involving two countries and a situation which would obviously require a great deal of money paid in advance to forensic accounting experts to trace the money, and prosecuting a lower court claim about a pair of pants at a cleaners. Apples and oranges.

What about Judge Roy Pearson who claimed that Custom Cleaners lost his pants two years ago, and he was mad about that and about the signs posted in the store guaranteeing customer satisfaction.He sued them for $54 million!!!
And what's the relevance of that? Pearson is obviously insane. He's losing his judgeship, by the way. So I'd say that lawsuit was a very bad mistake on his part.
