You obviously don't know the disparity between the enormous cost of prosecuting a class action lawsuit, especially one involving two countries and a situation which would obviously require a great deal of money paid in advance to forensic accounting experts to trace the money, and prosecuting a lower court claim about a pair of pants at a cleaners.
