Pinksheets put the PR out TWICE...hmmm, very interesting, and also here is the FIRST title....

Same PR, but the title of this one INDICATES it is COMPLETED!

Looking at these TWO PRs, that read the same in the body of the PR, but the title is different. I think the LAST PR should have a different body too it. Remember the second PR says EXECUTED....that means completed!
I think this deal is DONE...and the wait, according to this PR, should NOT be all this long. I think Dan and company learned their lesson that NO ONE likes an LOI, and the quicker it is completed, the better it is for everyone.
Another thing about today's PR's...
THIS part that has been in the PRs of the past is NOT in today's PR... I think the Emergence HAS happend here. And will be outlined for all of us thinking folks...
