Capt, I also ran this rabbit last year with their tax implications and got accused of all sorts of different things including posing as an insider, which was BS. Don't be surprised as to the further you dig the harder it becomes. I too posted the number for others to verify for themselves and it basically went unnoticed by most here. The tone of the comments you've received recently rings a bell though. Deleware is a haven for businesses to incorporate due to its lack of policing, which makes it a great place if you want to be incorporated but also annonymous somewhat. I beleive they'll let a band of monkeys incorporate if they can fill the paper work and send it in on time. It's also nice for companies to incorporate there since most complaints or actions have to be filed there in person, making it difficult for the person who is complaining. Your report is probably accurate from that day and nobody there gives a shit as long as it is up to date, not to say that it is truly current. Just up to date according to their rules.
