Note to All: I guess some think that it is not important enough to find out who is in charge of (our investment money). I for one say that the reason I am doing this is because I never did like dishonest people, and for all the people who lost lots of money here. If the company is on the up and up, ok, lets roll. But if they are pulling our chains here, then it is very important to find out now and save any investment left. I find it very hard to believe that many do not want to do DD with their money at stake. After a lenghty discussion with (Pat)at the Division of Corporations in Delaware, she indicated that the reporting requirements are not as strigent with a Company of this size and she assured me that the LAST FILLING was on the date indicated listed as PETEL. I for one, would accept the information from someone who does not have a VESTED interest before I trust somone who has as their number one priority, increasing their net bottom line, and I can not go into this stock blindly after the history of the players. I will not belabor this further, but will post any FACTS I find out about this Company.
