QCOM straddle that went nowhere until now! finally. Looking for that 55 area. Yesterday perfect 2-trend day posted both trends intraday along with XLNX, MERQ, and eBAY short, short short. We did hold the MERQ straddle and QCOM straddle and didn't get much sign until now where the inimitable QCOM would be, but now its pretty clear! Down babeeee!

NSCN and LRCX 2 other straddles from yesterday breaking down nicely. We anticipatied the NSCN and LRCX moves and emailed the straddle early in the session.

February 30 Puts LMQNF (0.55) Notice how all our tech shorts have triggered. In fact LF and ZIXI posted for upside are indeed up, only SCHN didn't move, but the morning slight gap probably killed it.

SLNK very nice bounce off the 20 today still in play on the long side. No earnings tonight to get in the way of the play, however, I would always lock in profits especially after it takes out the prior high or 25.70 area.

Wed Jan 21 15:06:08 2004: marketge Now NSCN is reporting.. and that could be a mover down.. like we said..and SWKS on our short list for a break after the report..all possibilities but second tier plays.. and those will be concentrated upon more in February when we can allocate enough time and not have to contend with the major techs..
