Urka, I'm well aware of the definition of the float.
Yaacov told us that Alliance agreed to stop the selling. He also told us that the float was now 600M. As per your definition, all the unsold shares of Alliance are also in the float. As per your same definition all the shares of Shoham and Gladstein are also in the float, because the restriction was lifted years ago. To make it short: if they are not in the dtcc pool, they are not in the float.
