Richie, In the 15c2-11 is stated that the O/S and A/S are both at 2.5B which still is unchanged from previous. If the CEO puts these figures in an official document why questioning it? You know as well as I do, that he would put himself in SERIOUS trouble, if he would make false statements like that. As for interwest:they say they are not giving info on ANY stock, and that it is their policy. Of course, Yaacov could change from TA, but what would be the benefit for him?

Rich, I agree with Yaccov dumping Interwest.

Nestles has done it for years.
It is obvious to me Alliance was the investor group Yaacov had a problem with a long time ago.
I remember an email posted about his dissatisfaction with an investor group, a long time ago.
I won't dig through all the posts going back several years. It is in my memory banks that it was said by him.
My real take on this, is that either Y and G or US shareholders must absorb and ELIMINATE Alliances shares. Only then will the company move froward.
We shareholders should decide what we will do, while Y & G decide what they will do.
