Reporting on the pinks doesn't break any rules either especially a pink purportedly going to the BB. There is only one solution that has been presented to us to eliminate all these Alliance shares I can see. Unfortunately it's not good news.
The only way I can see him do it is a Reverse Split. Yes I know very well what he said but that is the truth I cannot see any other way. My take is Alliance was a venture capitalist. There are good and bad VC's as you know. What I don't know and what Yaacov is not saying is what kind of financing they did for IDTA. My intuition tells me he could have quite easily been conned but I don't know all the facts.
IF Alliance did a PIPE or something similar, then it all comes clear why all the years of hood winking. Possibly a hostile takeover I can't say for certain, but we are being kept in the dark and that doesn't bode well from my vantage point. You bet I hope I'm wrong, DEAD WRONG.
