While I concur with all of the speculation and concern in the current series of posts, I believe the posted "worries" re; lack of news on distributors / partners are unfounded. If I were a large company intending to distribute the e2 (or anything else with CYCR for that matter), what advantage is there to me in announcing it pre-FDA clearance? I can't sell it; I can't talk about it; and I open myself to a host of risk if it is not approved (shareholder revolt, market confusion, embarrassment, etc.).
My guess is the deals are there, pending approval. Or at a minimum, submission to the FDA on substantial findings from the trials. In fact, I wouldn't be that shocked to learn that Taub coming in was a condition of one of those deals.
But no news on this at the moment seems entirely logical looking at it from the partner's perspective.
