Dropping price always brings out expressing of worries. On the same news if the price was going the opposite direction, people would be stating news at any time on an announcement.
Without knowledge, buying is valid and selling is valid.
There is a penalty now for previous press releases in any case. Without all the hope built up though, many would have never paid attention to the company.
I'm betting completely against a scam.
In conclusion fresh promises and a great chart makes believers and old promises and sick charts makes doubters. I as well doubt more but I like the progress and potential appreciation from here.
