#29505 RE: NovoMira #29503

I know just what you're talking about, I used to take long trips all the time, no problem no worries. Then after a very long trip back when I was twenty-three years old I fell asleep at the wheel and rolled my '55 Chevy. God must have been right there with me, for I rolled bumper-to-bumper ending with the car being upside down lying on it’d roof, all I got was a headache and a few scratches. The cops and rescue units told me if I had seatbelts, and had I been wearing them, I would most likely had been killed, for the roof of the car over the drivers seat was smashed flat. I was thrown from the car, and this is what saved me. To this day I do not wear a seatbelt.

I still have some photos of the car around here somewhere. I'll see if I can find them and share with the board. BTW, I still drive long trips, but I stop, get out and walk about, and do some stretches with squats, along with coffee and water, which not helps to keep me awake, but insure I have to make a lot of stops, HARR!!!
