Why do you think Raphael did not know the share structure?

I know CEOs who don't so it may not be important, but since he mentioned that he went public to raise money, I thought he might know the number of shares. He should be able to find it as easily as you.

Were they mistaken?

If not, how did the change occur? Buyback, retirement, what?

I'd just like to know just as I like to know units installed, contracts, etc.
