Terry,,,We almost agree. ..True, We would have been diluted down, but he would not have gained anything. The liquidity was already very limited. The market capitalization would have remained the same, with Gary owning more shares of less value. ---I'm sure we spoiled his plan in some form, otherwise he would not be here.
