He would not have gained value, but he would have owned a higher percentage of the Company-----Voting shares. He would control his own destiny for good or ill. Thankfully that did not happen. Over time we will have the opportunity to share in EVS and anything else that may come out of the woodwork. No guarantees in life, but it sounds like we will be no better or worse off than we were before plus the CEO now will have some breathing room to "hopefully" make things work. Plus we get a smigen of a frog Company that has the potential to get us "free" shares. Now would not that be just hunky dori!!
