Can't disagree with most of your points since I'm not familiar with the other companies. I believe you may be correct on those as I've seen other similar postings.

The T/A however I can verify didn't have a specific gag, it's a policy for all pinksheet companies they deal with. Doesn't make it any better but it's not a cause for concern.

"making up numbers", that may not be directed to me but all of the numbers I have posted come from Nevada SOS.

You see all sort of things in pinkieland, nothing would surprise me FWIW. GLTY

Porkbelly, I talked to the transfer agent yesterday and they advised that they were not "gagged," but that their policy is not to release the information publicly and that the company did not direct them to withhold data.

With that in mind, I don't particularly like that policy either.
